Job Description

The Customer Account Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with clients. This position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless case management and timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining accurate information within Salesforce, providing proactive customer communication, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance revenue generation and growth.

This individual will also be responsible for account retention management, developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of call center or related experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with productivity software, CRM systems, and other call center technologies.
  • Proven experience in case management or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
