Financial Manager

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles within accounting, with a background in a large accounting firm preferred. The individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and have extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, adhering to accounting standards and company policies.
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring comprehensive and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filing of all tax returns.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within accounting, with a background in a large accounting firm preferred.
