Job Overview

The role of the Strategic Human Resource Manager involves overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures while providing expert advice and support across various facets of the HR Department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyzing market trends and assessing program guidelines to optimize the utilization of benefits and compensation.
  • Developing and implementing proactive HR initiatives related to employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Collaborating with senior HR professionals to ensure proper handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Business, or any related educational field)
  • A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of working experience in HR roles or similar positions.
  • Understanding of HR principles and basic HR software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and propose solutions to HR issues.
  • Accuracy in tasks such as data entry and documentation.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
  • Capacity to quickly grasp new concepts, policies, and procedures, as well as adapt to changing priorities and environments.

Technical Requirements

  • Dual Monitor setup required (at least 8GB of RAM)
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
