Job Title: Business Development Specialist - Retail Excellence

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our sales teams and achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies and tactics to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales performance, merchandise display, and customer service quality.
- Coach and mentor sales associates to improve their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with store heads and area sales managers to discuss improvement plans and strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare presentation materials and facilitate bi-monthly office day meetings with sales associates.
- Report weekly sales performance to brand heads and head of operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Pivot Analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a multi-brand or mono-sports shop setting.
- Experience in managing subordinates.
- Able to work extended hours when needed.
- Willingness to commute around the metro and nearby provinces.
- Strong work ethics and leadership qualities.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
This is a full-time position, requiring at least 8 hours of work per day, 5 days a week.
