Are you an experienced professional with a passion for training and development? We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the delivery of high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing training evaluation tools and documents to ensure the effectiveness of our training programs
  • Reviewing, developing, and implementing standard training materials to support our trainers
  • Assisting the Training Manager in establishing training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our training programs
  • Monitoring and advising on the training management system to ensure its smooth operation
  • Preparing and publishing data and reports related to account performance against set indicators
  • Staff Performance Monitoring and Development: identifying areas for improvement and providing coaching and guidance to staff members
  • Initiating performance improvement schemes and enhancing training team skills through training, monitoring, coaching, and counseling
  • Reviewing trainers' output to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Managing staff attendance and ensuring that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities and expectations
  • Delegating training tasks to team members to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Identifying training needs and developing training plans to address these needs
  • Reviewing and resolving challenges encountered during training and nesting
  • Coordinating with QA Coordinator to gather information on unsatisfactory customer service or call handling practices
  • Identifying best practices for agent development and coordinating with the Training Manager for consistent deployment
  • Developing a library of technical and soft skills training modules and curriculums to support our training programs
  • Managing resources to address training needs and ensuring that all necessary materials are available
  • Training Logistics: ensuring that all training materials are distributed, used, and tracked correctly
  • Preparing performance reports and submitting them to the Training Manager and Operations Manager in a timely manner
  • Developing a calendar detailing training types offered and delivered to ensure effective planning and organization
  • Maintaining a learning-conducive environment and planning trainings using the training calendar
  • Coordinating with other departments or business owners for training execution and matrix
Requirements:
  • College graduate of any course
  • 2-4 years of management and training experience
  • Able to use company resources/technology cost-effectively
