Key Responsibilities

The Head of Business Development plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and operational success. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of the marketing, sales, and support departments.

Team Building

Recruit, train, and manage high-performing teams in the respective areas, including key account managers and marketers.

Process Development

Create and implement efficient workflows and best practices for the new departments.

Budget Management

Manage budgets for the new departments and ensure cost efficiency.

Cooperation and Performance Monitoring

Closely collaborate with management and other departments to achieve company goals, monitor team performance, and develop concepts to improve employee motivation and performance.

Qualifications

Requirements include:

  • 10 years of experience in a management position, preferably in department development.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing, sales, and support.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
