
Sales Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development and Sales Leadership professional to oversee sales performance, customer service, and operational efficiency across assigned branches or regions. This leadership role requires a proactive manager who can ensure high conversion rates, elevate team productivity, improve customer experience, and enforce quality assurance across the sales cycle—from lead generation to loan release.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets across the assigned area.
Analyze sales funnels to identify drop-off points and implement improvements.
Implement and monitor lead escalation strategies to boost pipeline health and response times.
Coordinate closely with marketing, telesales, and account officers to increase lead-to-loan conversion.
Quality Assurance and Monitoring:
Audit CRM data and lead activity logs to ensure timely follow-ups and escalation protocols are followed.
Investigate reasons for lead or loan application drop-offs and establish corrective action plans.
Monitor compliance to service-level agreements (SLAs) in customer response, document processing, and loan turnaround times.
Branch and Team Performance:
Supervise Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao branch productivity and recommend optimizations in manpower, tools, or workflows.
Coach and guide Account Officers and branch staff on best practices in customer handling, closing techniques, and cross-selling.
Conduct regular area visits, performance reviews, and spot checks.
Customer Experience and Service Quality:
Ensure a customer-centric approach is upheld across all sales touchpoints.
Monitor client feedback and complaints, and coordinate solutions with the Customer Service and Operations teams.
Promote initiatives to enhance borrower satisfaction and long-term retention.
Reporting and Insights:
Provide data-driven performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
Recommend operational or strategic adjustments to improve sales velocity and branch efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or lending.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems.
Results-oriented with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with SME lending or financial products is a strong advantage.
