We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Manila. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and revenue processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with global teams. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus, but not required. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Key responsibilities include managing support requests, configuring customer information, and collaborating with departments across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This role requires regular in-office presence in Manila, so candidates should be based locally.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage Salesforce support requests, including user setups, data updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain accurate customer information in our internal portal.
- Support CRM users by ensuring data accuracy and handling daily operational tasks.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to support their operational needs.
