Job Opportunity

This position focuses on promoting the hotel and its outlets, ensuring optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.

The successful candidate will handle the business of each Food & Beverage outlet in house, implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in their specific area of responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Implementation:
  • Conduct market research to identify key sales opportunities.
  • Develop action plans to address shortfalls in standards and identify potential issues before they affect customer service.
  • Communication and Team Management:
  • Maintain open communication with the team through regular updates on departmental, hotel, and company activities.
  • Assign projects and missions to facilitate personal development and team growth.
  • F&B Revenue Growth:
  • Ensure accurate invoicing for services rendered and maximize F&B revenue through upsell opportunities.
  • Promote the hotel through entertaining, conducting site inspections, and presentations.
  • Customer Service:
  • Foster relationships with customers through regular visits and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales service and address guest complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of managerial experience in a 4/5-star hotel category.
  • Familiarity with computer systems.
  • Motivation, commitment, and enthusiasm for learning new skills and knowledge.
  • Flexibility and ability to respond positively to changing requirements.
  • Strong team focus, cooperation, and support for colleagues.
  • Diplomatic and enthusiastic approach to building and exceeding service standards.
  • Thorough knowledge of F&B operations, including cost control, labour controls, and beverage menu writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
