Job Role

The selected candidate will work closely with a team to manage day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include inventory management, customer experience and service, and other ad-hoc initiatives.

  • Relevant experience in hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics or operations is required
  • Excellent English communication skills are necessary
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial
  • A passion for customer service is essential
  • A friendly, positive attitude and a team player mentality are required
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma is mandatory

Interest in sports is a plus, as is experience working overseas or with international companies, hospitality experience, and franchise development or support experience.
