Information Security Division

The Information Security Division manage all security activities of the bank and safeguard its information assets to ensure protection against loss or misuse of information.

Here are the opportunities you can explore:

• Handles higher-priority and escalated security incidents and do a more in-depth investigation.
• Design and implement strategies to resolve and recover from an incident.
• Collaborate with the rest of CTMD teams to improve the overall security posture of the bank.

Security Operations Center Manager (SOC Manager)

• Leads and manages overall direction and operations of the Security Operation Center (SOC)
• Managing the team's hiring, training and evaluation of team members
• Creates processes, assess incident reports, develop and implement necessary crisis communication plans
• Provides update and report to the CTMD Head and CISO

Network Security Engineer

• Develop and enforce security plans and standards; ensures that network and system security best practices are executed and implemented.
• Prepare the plans to deliver/implement the security infrastructure strategy prepared by the Security Architect.
• Provide support to the Security Architect in enterprise security projects including defining configuration standards, testing and implementation.

Endpoint Security Engineer

• Responsible for configuring and maintaining security controls of endpoint security infrastructure; ensures that the security systems documentation is up to date.
• Identifies and defines endpoint system security standards and requirements.
• Develops and enforces security plans and standards; ensures that network and system security best practices are executed and implemented.

Platform Security

• Design, evaluates, installs, and administers infrastructure components and facilities.
• He provides technical support services to personnel in other ITG teams.
• Plans, prepares, recommends and implements medium-term roadmaps for the infrastructure that he manages.

Security Consulting Risk Officer

• Responsible for securing data, network, and applications in system development or system implementations
• Perform threat modeling, business and technical process analysis, application security and architecture reviews to evaluate, identify vulnerabilities and enforce security controls in IT and application systems
• Ensures coordination of penetration testing support and vulnerability validation scans of systems project.

The Information Technology Group oversee the Bank's IT application systems, infrastructure, processes, service levels, and investments. It also supports the Bank's Information Security Division in maintaining the integrity, reliability, and confidentiality of information assets. It also provides technical support for the Bank's business continuity plan (BCP) and administer the operations of the Bank's Business Recovery Center (BRC).

Lead Software Developer (Delivery Framework)

• Documents system design and program specification in technical design document.
• Writes programs and codes based on approved solution plan document.
• Conducts unit testing on written codes to ensure program perform per design at the unit level.

Software Developer (Oracle)

• Performs the above function in compliance with software development lifecycle standards of the company.
• Working in the team with backend developers and other frontend developers in order to provide full end-to-end solution.
• Collaborates with the Business Relationship Account Manager to understand in detail the business objective of the project.
• Responsible for the support, maintenance, delivery of enhancements for existing application functionalities and service catalogue requests for application services assigned
• Provide second-level support for assigned production-related application incidents within established service level requirements and/or coordinate support needed with vendor.
• Minimize the occurrence of application incidents by investigating, analyzing, developing and implementing corrective measures as directed
• Codes programs to support the requirements documented in approved requirements documents and/or technical design documents.

Digital Banking Division

The Digital Banking Division develop digital-first products and services that help customers in their financial journey it also enables and empower our customers to achieve their financial goals through meaningful digital touchpoints and understand customer behaviors, challenges and preferences to design products, solutions and/or services with an iterative approach to ensure they are continually relevant and adaptive to customers' needs.

• The primary role will be to merge development, security, and operations elements to improve end-to-end system security.
• Wiill be responsible for creating and implementing systems that are optimized for scalability, functionality, and security, enhancing the security posture of our development and production environments, and working collaboratively with development and operations teams.

Solutions Achitect

• A Solution Architect is a professional who designs and implements technology solutions for organizations to meet their business needs.
• The primary role of a Solution Architect is to create a technical strategy that aligns with business goals, utilizing both hardware and software resources.
• Making sure that solutions are modular, re-useable, expandable, scalable, secure, and cost efficient. They work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, engineers, and business leaders, to ensure the solution meets the organization's needs and requirements.

Product Owner

• The Product Owner leads the development of pilot products and engagement leads for BU stakeholders in the bank.
• Digital Products and Solutions that are based on business objectives and customer research.
• They are responsible for determining product requirements, managing the development timeline, and working with a cross-functional team across the organization to launch and operate pilot products.
• The Product Owner utilizes customer-centric design and agile and lean startup approaches to be able to deliver products that address customer challenges and meet business objectives.

Other Details:

• Office location will depend on the specific role (Makati, Taguig, or Pasay).
• This is a 100% onsite setup.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant tech experience.
