Customer Service Representative – Day Shift

Role Overview:

You will provide operational and customer support, handling product distribution-related inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth back-end processes and high-quality member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Member Operations, including communications via phone and email
  • Address distribution needs such as order processing, refunds, audits, and record management
  • Participate in improvement projects and support internal IT and logistics teams
  • Analyze recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Communicate with third-party vendors and logistics partners for escalations and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, distribution, or direct selling/MLM industries
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with operational systems, IT coordination, or logistics workflows is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
