We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our business on multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in inventory and revenue management.

The selected candidate will undergo 3-6 months of comprehensive training and onboarding program before assuming the role of City Manager. During this period, they will work closely with our team to develop their skills and knowledge of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit targets while ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Lead a team of 3+ people, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain effective communication with our remote team members and stakeholders
  • Prioritize tasks and manage competing demands to meet deadlines and deliver results

This role requires occasional travel to Singapore. A bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field is required, with experience in hospitality or a similar industry preferred.
