
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical support professional to join our team. As a technical support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience working in a contact center or BPO environment. You should be proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as have a working knowledge of operating systems and standard troubleshooting procedures.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients via phone calls and emails
- Log and resolve issues using CRM or ticketing platforms
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role within a contact center or BPO environment
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior experience handling payment processing systems, POS devices, or similar technology platforms
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (e.g., IP configuration, connectivity troubleshooting)
