Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technical support professional to join our team. As a technical support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience working in a contact center or BPO environment. You should be proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as have a working knowledge of operating systems and standard troubleshooting procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone calls and emails
  • Log and resolve issues using CRM or ticketing platforms
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role within a contact center or BPO environment
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prior experience handling payment processing systems, POS devices, or similar technology platforms
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts (e.g., IP configuration, connectivity troubleshooting)
