We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, including data entry, file management, and appointment scheduling. They will also manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize virtual appointments across departments.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Administrative Assistant will draft, proofread, and prepare reports, notices, letters, and other internal documents. They will respond to internal emails and handle client inquiries or forward them to appropriate parties.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-2 years of administrative experience. Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus. They must be tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
