We are seeking a skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and management activities of our organization.
The Operations Support Specialist will work closely with senior executives to streamline processes, manage schedules, and coordinate various operational tasks ensuring smooth functioning.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to senior executives including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and document preparation
- Assist in coordinating and executing operational projects and initiatives
- Maintain organized filing systems and efficient workflow processes
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making by senior management
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed
- Support budget management and tracking expenditures
- Onboard new employees including scheduling orientation sessions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Familiarity with finance is beneficial
- Mid-Senior level professional
