About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Trade Channel Development Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade channel strategies, managing relationships with key partners, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Trade Channel Management: You will develop and execute trade channel strategies, manage relationships with key partners, and drive sales growth.
  • Partnerships: You will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Sales Management: You will lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, and negotiate deals.
Requirements
  • College degree holder preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Minimum 1-2 years sales management experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
