
Channel Trade Marketing Associate

We're looking for a Channel Trade Marketing Associate to drive sales performance and optimize trade strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze retail sales formats, provide sales performance analysis, establish trade standards, and develop customized programs for Modern Trade channels.
- Evaluate brand and SKU performance, provide comprehensive category analysis, collaborate for strategy alignment, and lead annual channel management.
- Recommend additional products, assess competitors, and implement effective strategies while evaluating and improving market penetration programs.
- Manage trade cost budgets specifically for Modern Trade Channel Customers. Co-approve activity mechanics based on the aligned strategies from the Business Unit, monitor sales realization and P&L, track program post-evaluations, and compute sourcing activities.
- Co-manages event pitches, co-approves most qualified agencies, and conducts post-evaluation of special events under the Modern Trade accounts under the trade cost.
- Co-sign sales forecasts, formulate forecasts based on off-take and monitor sell-in volume and sales turnover versus forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to Trade Marketing and/or Brand Marketing.
- Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of financial performance from topline to bottom line
- Proficient in computer applications and business software.
- Highly analytical with strong critical-thinking skills.
