Channel Business Development Executive

Benby Enterprises, Inc. invites applications for the position of Customer Group Manager. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process for assigned channel groups and driving business growth.
Key Performance Indicators:- Direct the sales team to achieve corporate sales objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Identify business targets and create sales opportunities.
- Joint Business Planning and Business Review with trade partners.
- Competitor activity monitoring and proposal development.
- Trade activation coordination and evaluation.
- Inter-departmental coordination with stakeholders.
- E-commerce account management and target achievement.
- Project execution and trade spend management.
- Coordination with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Sales departments.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Excellent people management, account management, MS Office, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG handling group channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Desirable: Sales and account handling experience.
