Business Development Opportunity

Benby Enterprises, Inc. invites applications for the position of Customer Group Manager. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process for assigned channel groups and driving business growth.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Direct the sales team to achieve corporate sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Identify business targets and create sales opportunities.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Joint Business Planning and Business Review with trade partners.
  • Competitor activity monitoring and proposal development.
  • Trade activation coordination and evaluation.
  • Inter-departmental coordination with stakeholders.
  • E-commerce account management and target achievement.
  • Project execution and trade spend management.
  • Coordination with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Sales departments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Excellent people management, account management, MS Office, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG handling group channels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Desirable: Sales and account handling experience.
