Job Overview
We seek a highly skilled Executive Assistant with expertise in the construction industry to provide executive-level support.
The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives and exhibit exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, ensuring seamless meeting planning and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations specific to construction projects.
- Maintain confidentiality, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, contracts, and permits.
- Cultivate effective communication between executives, clients, subcontractors, and on-site teams.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing timely updates to executives.
- Conduct research on construction materials, vendors, and industry standards.
- Manage expense reports and track budgets for construction projects.
- Maintain the executive's filing system, both electronic and physical.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the executive team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Excellent English language proficiency: reading, writing, and speaking.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
