We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our recruitment team as a US Talent Sourcing Specialist.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to source and recruit top talent in the United States.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to ensure a high-quality talent pool for client placements.
Responsibilities
  • Sourcing candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
  • Screening resumes/CVs for qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
  • Conducting initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized candidate records in our ATS/CRM system.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and clients to align recruitment strategies.
  • Providing timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Experience recruiting or sourcing in the US is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of the US job market, hiring practices, and compliance basics.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions.
