You'll lead the North American talent attraction functions and team; aligning your work hours to the USA/Canada workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an internal recruitment advertising agency.
  • Build and execute a talent attraction strategy, manage sourcing efforts, work closely with vendor partners and other internal teams to fulfill applicant flow and hiring needs.
  • Report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Marketing and champion initiatives to meet client requirements.
  • Evaluate effectiveness and marketing programs, maximizing return on investment.
  • Partner with financial teams for accuracy and timeliness in departmental reporting and accounting practices.
  • Supervise, coach, train and develop talent acquisition marketing staff, contributing personally to the team results.

You'll need to have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience. You'll also require strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
