Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Candidate Experience Management: Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a seamless and positive process.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Recruitment Progress Updates: Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition: Proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for US-based roles.
  • Remote Recruitment Expertise: Previous experience working as a hiring and recruiting specialist in a remote environment.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
