Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager (Branding and Marketing)

For Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage a team of sourcing specialists supporting volume hiring for various programs.
  • Build talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, events, and digital sourcing techniques.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide market insights.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and CRM platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Track sourcing metrics and adjust strategies to improve quality and time-to-fill.
  • Develop and manage go-to-market strategies such as external hiring events, synergies with local government units and key government agencies, relationships with external partners (e.g., search firms, job platforms, universities).
  • Stay current on talent market trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging sourcing tools.
  • Effectively manage/utilize company approved resources to identify and attract quality candidates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing & recruiting in BPO high-volume and or specialized roles.
  • Proven success in talent sourcing or strategic sourcing roles.
  • Must have extensive expertise utilizing sourcing platforms and sourcing channel.
  • Results driven with ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of recruitment numbers.
  • Must have strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to communicate and interact effectively and strategically with all levels of the organization.
  • Someone who is creative, enthusiastic/energetic, and with strong people management and team management experience.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
