Yngen Datacom Corpis seeking a highly-motivated individual to serve as theSeniorRecruitment Specialist. Through the development of a dynamic business development strategy and the creation of new client / partner relationships, the TA Business Development Assistant Manager will increase the volume, consistency, and quality of the recruitment. Job Summary:The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization.
This role involves sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing:Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to find potential candidates. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. Candidate Screening:Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidatesInterviewing and Selection:Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates using various interview techniques. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit for the organization.
Provide recommendations to hiring managers and participate in decision-making meetings. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices.
Keep hiring managers informed of recruitment progress and candidate feedback. Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate with candidates promptly and professionally.
Provide feedback to candidates at each stage of the recruitment process. Job Offer and Onboarding:Assist in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts. Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Follow up with new employees to ensure successful integration into the organization. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates may be considered.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
