About this Role

The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to work in a dynamic environment and has the ability to endorse CVs for various positions to the Talent Acquisition Team.

Responsibilities
  • Endorse CVs for various positions to the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Keep candidates informed once their referred applicant has been hired by our client
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for sourcing applicants
  • Hold excellent communication skills
  • Be open to working with others on the sourcing team

A successful referral process will result in a commission-based payment of PHP 1,500 per week.
