- Fluency in German and English, with exceptional written and spoken proficiency.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with leads.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- A positive and responsible attitude.
- A reliable laptop or computer with a stable internet connection.
- A fixed schedule: 5 days per week, 4 PM – 12 AM CET.
