System Administrator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for managing and refining our tech stack to ensure seamless functionality across all platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms: CRM/ATS, Recruiting Tools, Collaboration & File Management, Operations & Payroll, and Automation tools like Zapier or Make.com.
  • Build, manage, and optimize CRM workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and execute system updates or configuration changes.
  • Support Recruiting with applicant tracking logic and hiring funnel setup.
  • Use native integrations to automate tasks and connect data across platforms.
  • Document platform usage SOPs and train internal users on new features or tools.
  • Manage permissioning, user setup, and tech hygiene for compliance.
  • Research and recommend new tools as the business scales.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4+ years of experience in Tech Ops, Systems Admin, or CRM/ATS management. Proficiency in low-code/no-code automation tools is a must. A strong problem-solver with a detail-oriented, tech-first mindset, you'll be excited to support cross-functional teams through platform enablement.
