  • Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via various channels, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems, including login issues, user-reported bugs, and billing/payment queries.
  • Collaborate with technical and development teams to resolve platform-related problems.
  • Enhance the customer experience by continuously improving speed and efficiency.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of the product and common issues that arise.
  • Ability to adapt to changes within a fast-paced tech start-up.
