They will work closely with the Director of Sales Operations to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and implement new technologies to drive efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting sales reps with onboarding and setup of new accounts
  • Ensuring accurate tech stack configuration for new sales reps before they go live
  • Implementing new tech stack, systems, and processes
  • Communicating with marketing teams on lead flow initiatives
  • Creating and managing tech integrations using Zapier
  • Building automations and workflows in CRMs
  • Creating reports and dashboards in CRMs
  • Troubleshooting tech-related issues

Requirements
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
