We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Operations Expert, a role focused on workflow management, queue optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve customer support operations.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

  • Achieve Zendesk certification as a Certified Administrator
  • Master automation, triggers, and queue management within Zendesk
  • Leverage expertise in AI setup and integrations to drive process improvements
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration abilities across teams
  • Develop reporting and presentation creation skills to inform strategic decisions
  • Document workflows and propose process enhancements to drive efficiency
