  • As a General Virtual Assistant, your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing excellent customer support and experience to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide customer support and manage client communications
  • Call Handling: Handle calls and email inquiries
  • Administrative Tasks: Administrative tasks such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, email management
  • Marketing and Social Media: Marketing and Social Media Management
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in doing the day-to-day tasks
  • Self-Development: Proactively keep him/herself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
  • VirtuallyinCredible's Guidelines: Complies with VirtuallyinCredible's set of guidelines in the fulfillment of daily tasks.
  • Company Representation: Effectively represents VirtuallyinCredible's core values to anyone within or outside of the company.
  • Data Provision: Provide data and information to the leadership team as required.
  • Additional Services: Perform additional/other services that may be required from time to time, which may or may not be related to the primary obligations stated above.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Criminal Background Check: Willing to undergo background checking
  • American Accent: Good American accent
  • Home Office Environment: Quiet home office work environment
  • Shift Work: Willing to work on the graveyard shift
  • Internet Connection: Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
  • Electricity Supply: Dependable electricity with power backup available
  • Computer Requirements: At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD Disc
