We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Success Associate to strengthen client engagement and support initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a career in customer success.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
- Act as a key communication link between the company and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
- Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in CRM software.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product improvements.
- Track and report on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer success, client engagement, or pre-sales roles (internships considered).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions.
- Familiarity with CRM software (or similar tools).
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
- Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition.
