As a Client Success Specialist at Magic, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing virtual assistance services. This role puts you in the driver's seat of client and team success, where you will lead direct video interactions with international clients, coach and develop a high-performing team of virtual assistants, shape the future of our proprietary software through hands-on testing, and build lasting partnerships with clients across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead engaging video calls with international clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Guide new clients and assistants through smooth onboarding experiences to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle support matters with a solutions-first approach to resolve issues efficiently.

- Coach assistants to deliver exceptional services and provide personalized growth plans for team members to promote professional development.

- Track and celebrate performance wins to motivate team members and drive excellence.

- Test-drive new features in our proprietary software to identify areas for enhancement and provide strategic feedback for product improvement.
- Create and optimize standard operating procedures to streamline service delivery and improve efficiency.
- Pioneer new ways of delivering value to clients through innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- 1-2 years leadership experience to demonstrate management expertise.
- 1-2 years of account management or client experience to understand client needs and preferences.
- Tech-savvy mindset with quick learning abilities to adapt to changing technologies and software.
- Natural talent for building relationships through video calls to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
