
Strategic Client Liaison

We are seeking an accomplished Client Success Manager to spearhead the integration of our products with clients ranging from small to enterprise level. This key role demands attention to detail, experience in managing large-scale clients, data analysis skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
This position requires providing strategic and tactical services to complex, high-touch clients, understanding customer needs, and translating them into actionable solutions and recommendations. You will present and facilitate large group meetings for various client sizes regarding our product suite, offer technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment of our technology products, and collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and manage customer requests.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive service and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and driving business growth and retention
- Present and facilitate large group meetings for various client sizes regarding our product suite
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment of our technology products
- Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and manage customer requests
- Communicate effectively with clients, both written and verbally, to ensure seamless collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all our technical products
- Adapt quickly to new products and technologies, maintaining a fast-paced environment
- Maintain organized project documentation, monitor task timelines, and manage client expectations
- Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption of our products
- Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure; knowledge of online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile is desired
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers like Firebug
- Familiarity with technical documentation, including product specs and API integrations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
- Excellent customer relationship skills, including interacting with all levels of management, up to executive level
