B2B Sales Program Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Program Leader to join our team in Eastwood. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
As a B2B Sales Program Leader, you will oversee daily operations, train team members, and ensure performance targets are met. You will also be actively involved in lead generation and sales processes, setting benchmarks, and providing hands-on guidance to the team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor real-time performance metrics and provide immediate feedback
- Demonstrate the sales process by making actual calls and closing deals
- Prepare and send daily performance reports to the client
