Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues efficiently, and working in a fast-paced call center environment.

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with technical queries. You will provide accurate and timely solutions to resolve their issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of any computer courses or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving technical issues efficiently
