Agricultural Sales Lead

Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Agricultural Sales Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding dealer and distributor networks, achieving monthly and annual sales quotas, conducting on-site demos, price negotiations, and customer training.

Responsibilities
  • Expand existing dealer and distributor networks to increase sales revenue
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Provide training and support to customers on agricultural equipment and machinery
  • Identify new market opportunities and competitive threats in the agricultural industry
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in agricultural sales or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel extensively
