About Us

We are a trusted distributor of laboratory and medical equipment, devices, and supplies serving both government and private hospitals and agencies. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Marketing Sales Executive to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell laboratory and medical equipment to government hospitals, private hospitals, and healthcare agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and purchasing committees.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide technical explanations on equipment specifications and benefits.
  • Assist in product demonstrations and training sessions for end-users.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team to address client inquiries and after-sales needs.
  • Monitor and participate in government bidding and procurement processes.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and market insights for management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Technology, Biology, Mechanical Engineer, Electronic Engineer or related field.
  • Proven sales or marketing experience, preferably in the medical or laboratory equipment industry.
  • Familiarity with government procurement/bidding processes is an advantage.
  • Strong technical understanding of laboratory and medical equipment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel and with a valid driver's license.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service orientation.
