Overview

Regional Sales Manager for Vismin at Sprout Solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand dealer and distributor networks
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas
  • Conduct on-site demos, price negotiations, and customer training
  • Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to HQ
  • Support dealers with after-sales service and product support
  • Identify new market opportunities and competitive threats
  • Lead and mentor a small sales team (4 members)
Qualifications
  • BS in Agriculture (Master's and relevant training preferred)
  • 2-5 years' experience in agri equipment or farm machinery sales
  • Experience working directly with farmers and agri retailers
  • Strong regional network in assigned area
  • Fluency in the relevant local dialect (Bisaya for Mindanao role)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
