Overview: This role is crucial for driving equipment sales, ensuring technical readiness, and providing expert support to customers and technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead equipment sales and marketing efforts, including customer demonstrations.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training for all equipment to Serbiz technicians and nationwide service providers.

  • Conduct thorough site surveys for new equipment installations, providing expert recommendations for optimal setup.

  • Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure all equipment is fully operational before deployment.

  • Oversee the proper placement and readiness of all equipment, accessories, and installation materials prior to deployment.

  • Perform rigorous testing of new equipment purchases and conduct in-depth technical studies.

  • Provide essential customer orientation on machine functionality, cleaning, and maintenance.

  • Offer comprehensive technical support to customers and service provider technicians, including remote troubleshooting.

  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting for complex equipment issues.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of a 4-year degree or vocational course in refrigeration and air conditioning.

  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in the kitchen equipment industry.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel, including out-of-town assignments for projects, and ability to render overtime as needed.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of various kitchen equipment.

    • Ability to interpret and understand schematic diagrams.

    • Competent in using a variety of gauges, meters, measuring instruments, torches, and hand tools.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills with customers.

    • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.

    • Consistent availability to work schedules as required by job demands.
