Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding dealer and distributor networks in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand regional sales channels to increase revenue and market share
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations, price negotiations, and customer training sessions to ensure successful sales outcomes
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to HQ to inform business decisions
  • Support dealers with after-sales service and product support to maintain strong relationships and drive repeat business
  • Identify new market opportunities and competitive threats to stay ahead of the competition
  • Lead and mentor a small sales team to develop their skills and achieve individual and team goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Master's or relevant training preferred)
  • 2-5 years' experience in agri equipment or farm machinery sales with a proven track record of success
  • Experience working directly with farmers and agri retailers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Strong regional network in your assigned area to facilitate sales growth
  • Fluency in the local dialect (e.g. Bisaya for Mindanao role) to communicate effectively with customers
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to cover your territory
