
Intake Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced intake coordinator to manage our client interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who share our vision, passion, and dedication to serving customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls to gather relevant information regarding client potential claims.
- Gather details regarding plaintiff information, attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage to determine claim veracity.
- Enter all details into the case management system and create leads. Assign leads created to Account Executives.
- Provide exceptional caller experience to clients.
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment.
- Strong computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and internet skills.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Meet typing requirement of 40 WPM.
- Strong time management.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Home office requirements include stable internet connection, computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent, noise-cancelling headset, backup internet connection, and dual monitor.
