- Graduate of a college degree with a strong background in sales or a related field.
- Minimum of eight years' experience in a similar position with a proven track record of successful managing customers and distributors.
- Strong knowledge of industrial market segments, including mining, cement, chemical, and energy, as well as a pool of contacts to key players in the Philippines.
- Sales experience of polymer-based products for industrial use is an added value.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and ability to ensure compliance.
