We're seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to drive our global HR operations across key functions, including Employee Central, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation.

The ideal candidate will optimize the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) platform, ensuring seamless functionality and efficient performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR System Management

Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.

Coordinate with HR and IT teams to plan and implement system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.

Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.

  1. HR Reporting and Analysis

Develop and analyze reports to provide actionable insights into HR metrics and trends.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency through rigorous validation and quality control.

Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decision-making.

  1. HR User Support and Optimization

Deliver technical support and training to HRIS users, resolving issues and implementing system enhancements.

Document HRIS procedures and develop training materials to enhance system adoption.

Identify opportunities for process automation and system streamlining.

  1. Expertise and Special Projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special HRIS-related projects.

Serve as a subject matter expert in Employee Central, advising HR and other stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
