We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors to join our team at Risewave Consulting, Inc. As a key contributor, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions for HR-related challenges using SAP SuccessFactors.

About the Job:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our clients' organizations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop tailored solutions, and implement them using SAP SuccessFactors.

Your responsibilities will include participating in project planning, driving requirements confirmation discussions, performing fit-gap analysis, and configuring SAP SuccessFactors prototypes to meet client requirements. Additionally, you will participate in unit testing, user acceptance testing, and defect management, and develop training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

  • Drive client relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and develop recommendations for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and SAP SuccessFactors product updates to provide expert guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes, with the ability to document and present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
