Job Overview

We seek a skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to support global HR operations. This role will focus on ensuring the seamless functionality and optimization of HR systems, particularly the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

System Management & Administration

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the SuccessFactors EC module.
  2. Act as a liaison between HR and IT teams for system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
  3. Conduct system audits and recommend improvements for enhanced performance and efficiency.

Reporting & Analytics

  1. Generate and analyze standard and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into HR metrics.
  2. Ensure accuracy and consistency in reports through rigorous data validation and quality control.
  3. Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to align with organizational objectives.

User Support & Process Optimization

  1. Provide technical support and training to HRIS users.
  2. Develop and maintain documentation for HRIS procedures and create training materials.
  3. Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and system streamlining.

Expertise

  1. Serve as subject matter expert in Employee Central, advising HR and other stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special HRIS-related projects.
