This role will focus on ensuring the seamless functionality and optimization of HR systems, particularly the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) platform.

As an HRIS System Manager, you will be responsible for:

System Management & Administration

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the SuccessFactors EC module.
  2. Acting as a liaison between HR and IT teams for system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
  3. Conducting system audits and recommending improvements for enhanced performance and efficiency.

Reporting & Analytics

  1. Generating and analyzing standard and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into HR metrics.
  2. Ensuring accuracy and consistency in reports through rigorous data validation and quality control.
  3. Monitoring HR metrics and KPIs to align with organizational objectives.

User Support & Process Optimization

  1. Providing technical support and training to HRIS users.
  2. Developing and maintaining documentation for HRIS procedures and creating training materials.
  3. Identifying and implementing opportunities for process automation and system streamlining.

Expertise

  1. Serving as subject matter expert in Employee Central, advising HR and other stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on special HRIS-related projects.
