HR Support Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring employees receive exceptional support across various departments.

The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and transactional services.

  • Provide outstanding customer service over call, chat & ticket with excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to address policy and navigation inquiries, transactions such as personal data changes, job data changes, promotions, demotions, salary changes, performance management, learning, severance, tax inquiries, exit / termination and leave of absence on Workday.
  • Utilize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs)
  • to facilitate seamless employee transactions.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timeliness and quality in handling queries.
  • Maintain proficiency in the HR helpdesk environment.
  • Work with internal partners to gain training on all queries received from employees.
  • Adhere to compliance and quality guidelines to ensure accurate information is provided for all queries.
  • Transfer Tier 2 transactions to relevant leads or counterparts as per defined process.
  • Escalate high-priority cases for immediate attention.
