
Accounting Operations Coordinator

This role offers a unique opportunity to manage financial operations across multiple entities, with the potential for growth and international business experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing accounts payable invoices and payments
- Handling accounts receivable sales entries and statements
- Downloading and preparing financial reports from various systems
- Performing data entry and maintaining records in accounting systems
- Processing transactions in Dext and Xero for Australian operations
- Learning and operating Exact and Facecode systems for European operations
- Generating and distributing financial statements
- Maintaining accurate financial records across entities
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Proficiency in Dext and Xero
- Strong Excel skills, especially vlookup
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Quick learner of new accounting systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic accounting knowledge
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with an initial focus on Australian operations. Potential expansion to European operations is also possible.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of financial operations and accounting systems.
